[Release] - 最新版 LLVM 14.0.1 の "LLVM-14.0.1-win64.exe" をクリックしダウンロード

LLVM-14.0.1-win64.exe を実行

[By default LLVM does not add its directory to the system PATH.] の選択欄は、
"Add LLVM to the System PATH for current user" を選択し、パスを通しておく。

あとは既定値のまま進める。
