Git：WindowsにGitをインストール

GitHubを使いたいのでWindowsにGitをインストールしてみる。

インストール

以下サイトを開き、
https://gitforwindows.org/

[Downloads]をクリック
※現在のバージョン 2.20.1

ダウンロードした Git-2.20.1-64-bit.exe を実行

Choosing the default editor used by Git

VSCodeはインストール済みなので "Use Visual Studio Code as Git's default editor" を選択
※ "Use Visual Studio Code Insiders as Git's default editor" との違いは？

Configuring the terminal emulator to use with Git Bash

"Use Windows'default console window" を選択
※ MinTTYが既定値だがインストールした方が良いのか？

起動

スタートメニューより [Git] - [Git Bash] を起動
