Windows：最近使ったファイルを削除するには？

概要

Windowsの最近使ったファイルや、タスクバーアイコンを右クリックした際に表示される履歴(ジャンプリスト)を消去したい。

対応

以下フォルダ内のファイルを削除する。
・%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent
・%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations
・%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\CustomDestinations

個人的に、この機能は不要なのでバッチファイルを作成し定期的に自動削除するようにしておく。

DEL /q %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\*.*
DEL /q %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations\*.*
DEL /q %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\CustomDestinations\*.*
  

上記バッチを Windows 管理ツール の タスク スケジューラー で定期的に実行させる。
とりあえず30分くらいにしておけばいいかな？
